We recently received an excellent opinion from one of our satisfied customers, who shared his experience with us after purchasing a massage chair from our range. His words reflect his enthusiasm for the product and the journey through purchasing a massage chair. Here is an insight into his experience, which may inspire you to find your way to complete relaxation.

"Kako odabrati model i dobavljača masažne fotelje

nadam se da će vam ovaj komentar pomoći u procesu kupovine masažne fotelje.
Osobno sam prošao kroz 3 faze tog procesa.
1) Odabir modela masažne fotelje
Kod kupovine masažne fotelje morate prvo znati za koje vam zdravstvene probleme njena masaža može pomoći.Budući da se često unutar iste obitelji fotelja koristi na različite načine treba vidjeti i koje su potrebe ostalih članova.
Fotelju će te koristiti sigurno u dužem periodu (cca 10-tak godina) pa ako sada uzmete po cijeni povoljniju ali po tehnologiji zastarjelu fotelju vrlo brzo će te požaliti što niste dodali koji euro više i s tim dobili novu tehnologiju s puno više funkcija. Pažnju pri odabiru modela treba posvetiti upravo funkcionalnostima fotelje.
Za veliku većinu korisnika biti će zadovoljavajuća “2D tehnologija mehanizma za masažu” pogotovo ako fotelju koristite putem Auto programa i ne želite se zamarati Manuel modom. Zato je broj Auto programa bitan, ako ih je 5-6 brzo vam dosade + sigurno samo 1-2 odgovara vašim potrebama.
Auto-mod rada fotelje zasniva se na isprogramiranim mogućnostima koje fotelja inače nudi u Manuel modu. Obično je to (za 2D fotelje) 4-6 vrsta masaže u kombinaciji s brzinom i širinom rada valjaka. Kod nekih vrsta masaža (npr. kneading) valjci se izdižu i kod 2D fotelja ali se ne izdiže cijeli mahanizam koji valjake nosi.
Za one one koji se žele “poigrati” Manuel modom otvara se još jedan niz mogućnosti – od odabira područja masaže (npr. u jednoj točci ili ciljano područje) do ručnog upravljanja brzinom i širinom. Osim ta 2 moda (Auto i Manuel) obratite pažnu i na Zero-G, Zero-space, istezanje, masažu stopala, grijač, …
Fotelje tehnologije 3D ili 4D omogućuju upravljanje i dubinom masaže + imaju niz drugih dodatnih funkcija. Ukratko odabir fotelje treba zadovoljiti većinu vaših potreba i biti usklađen s financijskim okvirom. Tek kada ste to definirali treba krenuti s odabirom dobavljača.
2) Odabir dobavljača
Zbog elemenata u procesu kupovine koji nemaju veze s funkcijama fotelje ali su vrlo bitni:
– proba u njihovom izložbenom salonu + reakcija vašeg tijela
– trajanje garancije (neki nude i produženje uz doplatu)
– servis
– dostupnost rezervnih dijelova nakon isteka garancije
– (besplatna) dostava
– unošenje fotelje od cca 100 kg u vaš životni prostor (u mom slučaju 3. kat bez lifta)
Odmah sam odustao od svih web shop oglasnih stranica koje to ne nude. Npr. ako ne možete probati fotelju prije kupovine nemojte ni početi razmišljati o tom dobavljaču.
Broj web stranica koje su zadovoljavale sve ili bar većinu navedenih kriterija vrlo brzo se sveo na prste jedne ruke (osim surfanja po internetu fotelju možete kupiti vjerovatno još samo po nečijoj preporuci).
Kako živim u Zagrebu prvo sam proučio HR ponude. No to su većinom bili zastupnici internacionalnih firmi koje zbog veličine kompanije imaju ogromne troškove a oni se nužno “preljevaju” i na cijenu vaše fotelje. Osim toga zastupnici su (barem) “druga ruka” u liniji prodaje a i oni moraju od nečega živjeti.
Trebalo je dakle pronaći dobavljača koji:
– NIJE zastupnik nego je “prva ruka”
– nema opterećenje cijene fotelje raznim (za vas sporednim) manipulativnim troškovima
– prati trendove razvoja tehnologije na foteljama
– ima fotelje na zalihama ili garantira dostavu u razumnom roku
– ima veći broj fotelja za probu u svom salonu (za usporedbu funkcija)
– pruža siguran dojam po pitanju ispunjenja garancije i servisa
Nažalost nisam pronašao niti jednog dobavljača tog tipa u HR. Bilo je par oglasa gdje ste fotelju mogli kupiti nakon probe ali je to bio ili jedini model ili je garancija bila kratka ili servis nesiguran.
Nadalje morate biti svjesni da osim zastupnika niti jedna firma ne može živjeti samo od prodaje fotelja. Zato vas u odabiru dobavljača NE treba obeshrabriti činjenica ako se bave prodajom i drugih vrsta proizvoda.
Na kraju sam se morao okrenuti ponudama iz Slovenije. Unaprijed se izvinjavam svim HR firmama ako mi je promakla neka njihova ponuda a koja nije zastupnička i zadovoljava sve gore navedene kriterije. Naravno sada mi je postala bitna i blizina dobavljača, ne samo zbog dostave nego i zbog odlaska na probu. U fokusu su bili dobavljači iz pograničnog područja.
3) Odlazak na probu i konačna odluka
Nakon analize svih ponuda moj konačni odabir dobavljača je firma “JANA INVEST” iz Kočevja Zadovoljili su SVE gore navedene “papirnato-teoretske” kriterije.
Imaju dobro dizajnirane (hr/si) web stranice na kojima možete saznati gotovo sve potrebne informacije. Prednost je i što se bave prodajom komplementarnih proizvoda (masažni bazeni, saune) pa dobro razumiju kad kupac izrazi želju za opuštanjem.
Što se tiče “praktičnog” dijela kupovine – upravo sam se vratio s druge runde probe. Da, bio sam 2 puta iz Zagreba u Kočevju i nije mi nimalo žao potrošenog vremena.
Prvi put sam bio sam, zbog analitičnosti svog karaktera imao sam još pitanja + isprobao sam funkcije koje me zanimaju. Drugi put sam otišao sa suprugom jer će i ona biti korisnik fotelje koju smo izabrali (ASTARIJA AJ-800 PLUS) pa je važno da fotelja zadovoljava i njene potrebe.
U salonu je izloženo 15-tak fotelja. Dočekala nas je mlada, znanjem oboružana i nadasve susretljiva osoba (Ana) koja vodi taj segment prodaje u “JANI”. S puno strpljenja odgovorila je na sva naša pitanja.
Bila je posvećena samo nama kao klijentu tj. nije jurila okolo, javljala se na mobitel ili slično tako da je to bio kontinuiran i informacijama potpun razgovor u kojem ste vi kao kupac u fokusu pažnje. Mislim da si ne možete zamisliti bolje okruženje za razrješenje dilema koje imate prije kupovine.
Uslijedilo je dugotrajno isprobavanje nakon kojeg sam bio posebno zadovoljan načinom upravljanja foteljom preko ekrana na dodir. Za razliku od ostalih – organizacija pristupa funkcijama na ovom tabletu je maximalno jednostavna, nema “propadanja” u gomilu pod-menija kao kod ostalih tableta/daljinaca koje sam do tada isprobao. Sve je pregledno i lako dostupno.
Radom masažnog mehanizama koji je bez prigovora možete upravljati pomoću 20 auto programa ili ručno kroz Manuel mod. Valjci su oblikovani bolje od ostalih koje sam probao (na probi tražite da ih vidite ili barem opipate), glasnoća kompresora nije iritantna (a zna biti), standardni zračni jastuci su dodatno obogaćeni funkcijom trljanja listova, osim za stopala postoji i valjkasti masažer za listove (blag zbog vena), ima čak i glasovno upravljanje i još gomilu funkcija …
Uostalom pogledajte/probajte sami, ovo nije EPP za tu fotelju ali u svakom slučaju sve što na njoj ima spada u viši platežni razred kod drugih dobavljača. Ukratko, jako dobar omjer funkcionalnosti i cijene.
Samo na brzinu sam probao i “moćnije” fotelje koji mi kod “JANE” čak i nisu bile toliko financijski nedostižne. Bez želje da ikome nanesem komercijalnu nepravdu svi modeli su i do 100% jeftiniji od ponude ostalih dobavljača koje sam kontaktirao. Ostao sam ipak u okviru svojih financijskih mogućnosti i izuzetno sam zadovoljan dobivenim.
Molim vas nemojte zamjeriti ako sam nešto pogrešno napisao vezano uz tehnologiju ali ono što je (za mene) bez greške – je izbor fotelje i njenog dobavljača.

I personally went through 3 stages of this process.
1) Choosing a massage chair model
When buying a massage chair, you must first know what health problems its massage can help you with. Since the chair is often used in different ways within the same family, it is also necessary to look at what the needs of the other members are.
You will certainly use the massage chair for a long time (approx. 10 years), so if you now take a cheaper but technologically outdated massage chair, you will very quickly regret that you did not spend a few euros more and get new technology with many more functions. When choosing a model, attention should be paid to the functionality of the massage chair.
For the vast majority of users, the "2D technology of the massage mechanism" will be satisfactory, especially if you use the massage chair via the Auto program and do not want to bother with the Manual mode. That is why the number of Auto programs is important. If there are 5-6 of them you will quickly get bored + surely only 1-2 will suit your needs.
The automatic mode of operation of the massage chair is based on the programmed options that the chair usually offers in manual mode. Usually (for 2D chairs) there are 4-6 types of massage combined with the speed and width of the rollers. In some types of massages (e.g. kneading), even in 2D chairs, the rollers are raised, but the entire mechanism that carries the rollers is not raised.
For those who want to "play" with the Manuel mode, a series of options open up - from selecting the massage area (eg in a single point or target area) to manual control of speed and width. In addition to these 2 modes (Auto and Manual), pay attention to Zero-G, Zero-space, stretching, foot massage, heater, ...
massage chair with 3D or 4D technology allow you to control the depth of the massage + have many other additional functions. In short, the choice of an massage chair should meet most of your needs and be in line with your financial framework. Only after you have defined it, do you start choosing a supplier.
2) Selection of suppliers
Due to elements in the purchase process that have nothing to do with the functions of the massage chair, but are very important:
– a test in their showroom + your body's reaction
- duration of the warranty (some offer an extension for an additional fee)
- service
– availability of spare parts after the warranty expires
- (free delivery
- bringing a massage chair approx. 100 kg into your living space (in my case, the 3rd floor without an elevator)
I immediately gave up on all online store advertising sites that don't offer this. For example, if you can't try a massage chair before buying, don't even consider this supplier.
The number of websites that met all or at least most of the mentioned criteria quickly dwindled to the fingers of one hand (aside from surfing the web, you can probably only buy a massage chair by someone's recommendation).
Since I live in Zagreb, I first studied the Croatian offers. However, these were mostly representatives of international companies, which, due to the size of the company, have huge costs, and these necessarily "spill over" to the price of your massage chair. In addition, representatives are (at least) the "second hand" in the sales line, they also have to make a living.
Therefore, it was necessary to find a supplier that:
- NOT a representative, but "first hand"
- the price of the massage chair is not burdened with various (for you secondary) manipulative costs
– follows the trends in the development of chair technology
- has massage chairs in stock or guarantees delivery within a reasonable time
- has a larger number of test chairs in the salon (to compare functions)
– provides a safe impression of the fulfillment of warranty and service
Unfortunately, I could not find any such provider in HR. There were a few ads where you could buy a massage chair after testing it, but it was either the only model, or the warranty was short, or the service was unreliable.
In addition, you should be aware that, except for dealers, no business can live off the sale of massage chairs alone. Therefore, when choosing a supplier, do NOT be deterred by the fact that they also sell other types of products.
In the end, I had to turn to offers from Slovenia. I apologize in advance to all Croatian companies if I have overlooked any of their offers that are not representative and meet all the above criteria. Of course, the proximity of the supplier has now become important to me, not only because of delivery but also because of going for testing. The focus was on suppliers from the border area.
3) Departure for the test and final decision
After analyzing all the offers, my final choice of supplier is the company "JANA INVEST" from Kočevje, which meets ALL of the above-mentioned "paper-theoretical" criteria.
They have well-designed (hr/si) websites where you can find almost all the information you need. The advantage is that they sell complementary products (massage pools, saunas), so they understand well when a customer expresses a desire to relax.
As for the "hands-on" part of shopping - I just got back from my second round of testing. Yes, I have been to Kočevje twice from Zagreb and I do not regret the time spent at all.
The first time I was alone, due to the analytical nature of my character, I had more questions + tested the features that interested me. The second time I went with my wife, because she will also be the user of the massage chair we chose (ASTARIJA AJ-800 PLUS), so the massage chair must meet her needs as well.
About 15 chairs are displayed in the salon. We were welcomed by a young, knowledgeable and above all friendly person (Ana), who manages this sales segment at "JANA". She answered all our questions with great patience.
She devoted herself only to us as a client, that is, she did not rush around, answer her cell phone, or the like, so it was a continuous and information-filled conversation in which you, the client, were in the center of attention. I don't think you can imagine a better environment to resolve your pre-purchase dilemmas.
A long trial followed, after which I was particularly pleased with the way the chair was controlled via the touch screen. Unlike the others - the organization of access to functions is maximally simple on this tablet, there is no "collapse" in a bunch of submenus as with other tablets/remotes that I have tested so far. Everything is transparent and easily accessible.
The operation of the massage mechanism, which is without restrictions, can be controlled with 20 auto programs or manually via the Manuel mode. The rollers are designed better than the others I tested (in the test you ask to see them or at least feel them), the volume of the compressor does not disturb (but it can), and the standard airbags are additionally enriched with the function of rubbing the sword, in addition to the feet there is also a roller sword massager (gentle because of the veins), even has voice control and a bunch of other features...
See/try it for yourself, this is not a massage chair epic, but everything on it is in the higher price range from other suppliers. In short, a very good ratio between functionality and price.
I just quickly tried more "powerful" massage chairs, which were not even so financially unattainable for me in "JANI". Without wanting to do commercial injustice, all models are up to 100% cheaper than the offer of other suppliers I have been in contact with. However, I stayed within my financial means and am extremely happy with what I got.
Please don't be offended if I wrote something wrong about the technique, but what is (for me) without error is the choice of massage chair and supplier.
